The cornerstone of Michael's expertise is in clinical practice, management, consulting, administration and program development. Examples of Michael's accomplishments include:
- Founder and Principal in Progressive Physical Therapy, a private practice physical therapy group with five locations.
- Founder of PTPN, the first specialty managed care organization in the PPO environment with networks in 23 states.
- Recipient of the Robert G. Dicus Award from the Private Practice Section of the APTA in 2000, as well as the Royce Noland Award of Merit from the California Physical Therapy Association.
