Beth Sarfaty PT, M.B.A.


Ms. Sarfaty has been with Select Medical for more than 20 years and has served in a variety of roles. In her current role as Vice President of Rehabilitation Services in Critical Illness Recovery Hospitals, she provides support, operational guidance and clinical team-building to the rehabilitation departments. She also works with the hospital leadership team to foster strong communication and collaboration in order to promote a meaningful and productive work environment, cultivating relationships and encouraging growth within the hospitals. In addition to teaching ethics courses, Ms. Sarfaty has taught a variety of leadership development courses to healthcare professionals all over the country.

Examples of Ms. Sarfaty's accomplishments include:

  • Has been serving on the New Jersey State Board of Physical Therapy Examiners since 2012 and was elected President in 2015.
  • Member of the Board of Visitors for the University of Pittsburgh School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences.
  • Was a Delegate-at-Large for the American Physical Therapy Association from the State of New Jersey from 2008 to 2010, and served as the Director of Government Relations for the New Jersey chapter of the APTA from 2011 to 2012.
