Margie Mudri MS, CCC/SLP

Ms. Mudri has practiced as a speech-language pathologist for more than 25 years. She has extensive experience in the effective management, development and enhancement of profitable rehabilitation departments in LTC facilities, including fourteen years of interdisciplinary program and staff management in the for-profit nursing home industry. Ms. Mudri has become a specialist in working with patients with dementia and has presented a variety of courses on the topic for staff ranging from rehabilitation therapists to nurses and administration.

Examples of Ms. Mudri's accomplishments include:

  • Earned her Master of Science in Speech/Language Pathology, and has a Certificate of Clinical Competency from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. Is also certified to administer neuromuscular electrical stimulation (a Vital Stim Certification).
  • During her tenure as the Corporate Director of Rehabilitation Training and Program Development at Harborside Healthcare, a leading nursing and long-term care facility in Boston, MA, Ms. Mudri developed and presented a plethora of courses on a large variety of topics, including reimbursement from Medicare, understanding dementia, leadership in the healthcare community, and managing dysphagia.
