Dr. Benigas practices privately as a speech-language pathologist. Her extensive clinical experience has included work with adults in the post-acute, long-term care, and home health settings. Dr. Benigas's research interests include improving quality of life for persons with dementia, specifically those who have difficulties eating and swallowing.
